How We Prepare Talent Together

Talent Collective DSM partners with schools, employers, and community leaders to develop a consistent, long-term career pathway that benefits students, businesses, and our local economy. The program begins in a student’s junior year of high school and continues through post-secondary training, career entry, and early workforce success. Students are chosen based on financial need and interest in high-demand careers that require an associate degree or less.

From day one, each student works with a career coach who provides individualized guidance, real-world career exploration, and support through every transition from high school coursework to internships, further training, and employment.
